We present this article on what a Texas based freelance photographer’s experience was after he photographed a company while he was on a public road.
The IAPP offers this only as a cautionary tale, and suggest that we all take into consideration our nation’s current “temperature” and to arm ourselves with as much knowledge as possible when preparing to photograph all that we do.
